A message dated April 19 was read stating the Governor read the                                                                 
following resolution and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                             
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 34                                                                                               
    Supporting oil and gas leasing and development within the                                                                   
    National Petroleum Reserve in Alaska.                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
    Legislative Resolve No. 14
